MADE TO ORDER
Made to order items are generally delivered within four weeks. Please click here to contact me to discuss your commission and expected delivery times.
Specially commissioned pieces cannot be returned. For non-commissioned pieces should you decide to cancel your order, please email to let us know. If your item has already been dispatched, we would ask you to return it within 7 days of receipt. A refund will be given within 14 days providing the article is unworn and in its original packaging. If items returned are damaged, the reasonable costs of repair will be chargeable and deducted from any refund. Items returned after 14 days cannot be refunded, but we would be happy to offer you a credit note. All items must be returned using the Royal Mail Special delivery service. Esther Eyre cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged whilst in transit.

Faulty items will only be accepted if the goods are delivered to the customer damaged, or if there is a subsequent problem within a period of 30 days after delivery. All items returned as faulty will be inspected, and any item displaying damage deemed to be a result of fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty. Items deemed to have suffered wear and tear may be repairable. We will make a small charge for this service and for postage.
Please note faulty pieces repaired by anyone other than Esther Eyre will immediately void this 30 day warranty.
